Human Pathological Wastes
Discarded organs, tissues, and body parts, including cerebrospinal fluid, synovial fluid, pleural fluid, peritoneal fluid, pericardial fluid and amniotic fluid, removed during surgery or other medical procedures, including autopsy obstetrics, or emergency care. Human pathological wastes do not include the head, spinal column, hair, nails, or teeth.
